Vibrant cosmic portrait painting

Create a vibrant, highly detailed digital portrait painting of a beautiful young woman with long flowing dark hair, expressive brown eyes, defined features, and glossy red lips. Use bold, textured brush strokes with vivid orange, turquoise, blue, purple, and magenta highlights, surrounded by floating translucent geometric crystal shards and a deep black cosmic background with tiny glowing particles. Dramatic cinematic lighting, rich contrast, intricate painterly details, artistic luxury aesthetic, close-up composition, ultra-detailed, vertical 9:16.
