Privacy Policy

• Telegram login data. When you sign in via the official Telegram widget, we receive your Telegram ID, name, username and (if available) profile photo — enough to identify you and verify club membership.

• Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (session).

• Content you send to the AI assistant. Your messages and uploaded files (images, PDF, text) are sent to the AI model to generate a response.

• Usage data. We keep a counter of assistant requests (for the daily limit) and technical server logs.

We never receive your Telegram password, phone number, or access to your account. Signing in via Telegram gives us no control over your account — only public profile data signed by Telegram itself.

We process data to authenticate you, verify membership in the private club, provide access to materials and the AI assistant, and prevent abuse (rate limits). The legal basis is your consent and the provision of the service you requested.

We rely on trusted service providers that may process data on our behalf:

• Vercel — site hosting and file storage (Vercel Blob);

• Turso — database;

• Telegram — authentication and bot;

• Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) via OpenRouter — processing AI assistant requests.

Some providers are located outside Ukraine (including the EU and the US), so your data may be processed abroad. We do not sell your data.

The login session cookie lasts up to 30 days. The request counter is kept per day. Chat messages are not retained on our server long-term — they are passed to the model to answer within the session. Files you upload are stored until you or we delete them.

You may access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, and sign out (the “Log out” button). To exercise your rights or delete your data, contact silverslem1k3@gmail.com.

Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS). The identity cookie is cryptographically signed (HMAC) and protected from third-party scripts (httpOnly). No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.

The site is not intended for persons under 16. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the update date shown.
