Terms of Use

VSEAI is an AI-prompt gallery and a private club with materials for verified members. The site is operated by a private individual (the owner).

You must be at least 16 years old to use the site. The private “Club” area is available only to verified members of the corresponding Telegram club.

Access to club materials and the AI assistant is granted after signing in via Telegram and verifying membership. We may change the materials, limits, or revoke access if these Terms are breached or you leave the club.

You may not: use the site for unlawful purposes; send the assistant illegal, abusive or harmful content; attempt to hack, overload or bypass the site's protections; scrape content automatically at scale; resell or distribute club materials outside the club without permission.

Club materials, skills, prompts and other content belong to the site owner or respective rights holders and are provided for your personal use within the club. Do not redistribute them publicly without permission.

AI assistant responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. You use them at your own discretion and risk and should verify important information.

The site uses third-party services (Telegram, Vercel, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, Turso) and may link to external resources. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the AI assistant.
